| Burial in Greenwood Cemetery will follow funeral services tomorrow afternoon ... for Mrs. Lillie [sic] (Yount) Johnston, 66, wife of S. Meade Johnston, whose death of complications following a paralytic storke occurred early yesterday morning .. A resident of this community for 22 years, Mrs. Johnston was a native of Armstrong County, where she was born January 3, 1871, a daughter of Henry and Susan (Rairigh) Yount. Her marriage to Mrs. Johnston occurred September 4, 1890. She was matron of the Indiana County Home at the time her husband served as superintendent. Surviving with the husband are these two daughters: Mrs. Grace McLaughlin of White township and Mrs. Sara Thomas of Indiana. She was a sister of Mrs. William McAfoose of Indiana.  |
