| Lawrence R. Martin 55, of 169 Grant St. was dead on arrival at Alliance City Hospital 3:05 a.m. Wednesday of a heart attack. Born in Kittanning, Pa., July 5, 1905, he was the son of William F. and Sarah Geiger Martin ... He is survived by his wife, Lillie; a son, William Martin of Miami, Fla.; six daughters, Mrs. George Ludlam of Alliance, Mrs. R. E. Thomas of Fresno, Calif., Mrs. Lee Selbert of Alliance, Mrs. William R. Robinson of Alliance, Mrs. Robert Shultz of Hyattsville, Md. and Donna Martin of the home; two brothers, C.P. Martin of Canton and Z.B. Martin of Alliance; three sisters, Mrs. I.R. Joyner, Mrs. G.E. McDaniels and Mrs. C.R. Donohoe, all of Alliance, and 12 grandchildren. ... Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park.  |
