Born Oct. 25, 1893 in Cowanshannock Township, she was the daughter of Edgar T. and Amanda V. (Raraigh) Neigh. Surviving are three sisters, Miss Zilla B. Neigh of Dayton, Mrs. Clarence (Beaulah) Hallman of Seattle, Wash. and Mrs. Floyd (Sara) Porter of Apollo; two brothers, Guy M. Neigh of Apollo RD 1 and Fred D.
