To the Honorable Judges of Said Court: The petition of May DeLancy by J. C. Delancy, her father and next friend, respectfully represents: That the petitioner is a minor child of Margaret DeLancy late of South Mahoning Twp. in that county, deceased, under the age of fourteen years, resident within Armstrong county and has no person to take care of her person and estate, and that there is --- personal estate and income $20.00 in amt. in the est. of J. R. Ambrose, her grandfather, therefore prays the Court to appoint a Guardian for the purpose aforesaid. Dated Sept. 4, 1913. J. C. Delancy.
